Patch Management

Most software manufacturers provide small updates to their software to fix problems (bugs) end users have found, these are commonly called "patches”. Unfortunately some "patches" create more problems than they solve and hence Ping IT Services will test, install (as appropriate) and support these minor upgrades for our clients.
