Over the last 8 years Ping IT Services have noticed that our clients typically require one of three types of support i.e. ad-hoc, remote dial in telephone support, or onsite support. Based on our research Ping IT Services are proud to present the following solutions for our clients:

Level 1
  • Contact Method: Telephone
  • Contract length: None
  • From: 0830-1800 hours Monday to Friday
  • Response time: 30 minutes
  • Delivery Method: Telephone and Remote Access Dial In
  • Minimum Usage: 1 hour
  • Business will be open in line with Scottish Public Holidays
  • Cost: £65.00 per hour

Level 2
  • Contact Method: Telephone / Email
  • Contract length: Minimum 1 month
  • Available from: 0830-1800 hours Monday to Friday
  • Response time: 30 minutes
  • Delivery Method: Telephone and Remote Access Dial in
  • Minimum Usage: 2.5 hours per month
  • Business will be open in line with Scottish Public Holidays
  • Cost: £55.00 per hour

Level 3
  • Contact Method: Telephone / Email
  • Contract length: Minimum 3 month
  • Available from: 0830-1800 hours Monday to Friday
  • Response time: 30 minutes or 2 hours for on site
  • Delivery Method: Telephone or Remote Access Dial in or Onsite Support
  • Minimum Usage: 8 hours per month
  • Business will be open in line with Scottish Public Holidays
  • Cost: £45.00 per hour

Level 4
  • Support tailored to your individual requirements
  • Pricing and proposal on request

Additional hours can be purchased at the rate stated in your agreed Support Level
