- Response time: 30 minutes
- Delivery Method: Telephone and Remote Access Dial In
- Minimum Usage: 1 hour
- Business will be open in line with Scottish Public Holidays
- Cost: £65.00 per hour
Level 2
- Contact Method: Telephone / Email
- Contract length: Minimum 1 month
- Available from: 0830-1800 hours Monday to Friday
- Response time: 30 minutes
- Delivery Method: Telephone and Remote Access Dial in
- Minimum Usage: 2.5 hours per month
- Business will be open in line with Scottish Public Holidays
- Cost: £55.00 per hour
Level 3
- Contact Method: Telephone / Email
- Contract length: Minimum 3 month
- Available from: 0830-1800 hours Monday to Friday
- Response time: 30 minutes or 2 hours for on site
- Delivery Method: Telephone or Remote Access Dial in or Onsite Support
- Minimum Usage: 8 hours per month
- Business will be open in line with Scottish Public Holidays
- Cost: £45.00 per hour
Level 4
- Support tailored to your individual requirements
- Pricing and proposal on request
Additional hours can be purchased at the rate stated in your agreed Support Level
