The Franchise Academy - Paisley

The Franchise Academy is a small growing company with over 14 PC’s that specialise in providing help to businesses that wish to branch out into Franchising. With an existing Microsoft Small Business Server network, they encountered a technical problem and called over 8 IT support companies, choosing us on price and availability. We believe they were so impressed with our level of customer care and fault resolution speed; they invited us to quote for a support contract which includes the following services:

  • Level 2 – 1*day per month onsite technical IT assistance package

  • Installation of new Corporate and Visitor Wireless LAN networking project

Murray & Co. Chartered Accountants - Glasgow

Murray & Co. recognised the fact that they had to grow their simple PC network to include a backup solution, an antivirus solution, and also remove the vulnerability of having no central storage for their very valuable customer accounts data. The proprietor invited Ping IT Services to give advice on new hardware for the office, and redesign the network by installing Microsoft Small Business Server for the 6 users and 1 remote home user. This provided a new email system for all the staff and also provided them a central place for all their customer data. This also allowed their data to be protected from viruses, and it removed the single point of failure which would have been any single PC. Murray & Co. decided they would also like to have a Level 1 support account in addition to their new network to provide peace of mind and a friendly voice on the end of the phone to help with simple Microsoft Office queries and with any maintenance of their systems.
