Formed in 1999 we originally focused on large corporate clients i.e. the largest Chemist in the UK , a major mobile phone service provider, a worldwide PC manufacturer and several large banks.

In 2001 after numerous requests from local companies for ad-hoc but highly skilled local support Ping IT Services started to deliver solutions and support directly to this market.

Today Ping IT Services has become the leading IT support company working with SME’s within 25 miles of Glasgow running between 5 – 50 PC’s. Though a high level consultancy work is still undertaken for the large Corporate companies the majority of Ping IT Services time (over 75%) is now looking after local businesses.
